Pre-Order

brasa launches on a pre-order basis. This means your towel is made to order and ships within 8 weeks of purchase. We work this way intentionally. It lets us produce without excess and keep quality where it belongs.

You will be charged in full at the time of ordering. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you have any questions, reach out to support@brasatextiles.com.

Delivery

All orders ship from Portugal. Shipping is free, worldwide.

European Union 2–5 business days
Rest of world Approx. 10 business days

Please note that during the pre-order period, all orders have an initial lead time of 8 weeks before dispatch.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

For shipments outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by brasa.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the towel must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. A flat fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return, email support@brasatextiles.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll take it from there.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days of receiving the returned item.
