Overview

These terms govern your use of the brasa website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. brasa is operated from Portugal. If you have questions, contact support@brasatextiles.com.

Products & pricing

  • Our textiles are made from natural fibres; slight variations in colour and weave are inherent to the craft and not defects.
  • All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is shown at checkout.
  • We may update prices and product availability at any time. The price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

Pre-orders

brasa sells on a pre-order basis. Your towel is made to order and ships within 8 weeks of purchase. You are charged in full at the time of ordering. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Full details are on our Help page.

Orders & payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation.
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will refund any payment taken.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery times, return eligibility, and refund terms are set out on our Help page. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused items, subject to the conditions described there.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and the brasa name and logo — belongs to brasa and may not be used without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, brasa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
