Who we are

brasa ("we", "us", "our") is a textiles studio based in Portugal. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. For any privacy question, contact support@brasatextiles.com.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information gathered automatically when you use the site:

• Contact details, name and email address when you join our newsletter or waitlist.
• Order details, name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and items purchased when you place an order.
• Payment information, handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data, basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, to improve the site.

How we use your data

• To process and ship your orders, and to provide customer support.
• To send you marketing emails, where you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run brasa, including our e-commerce and payments platform, our email provider, and shipping carriers. They process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working — for example, remembering your cart and your cookie preference. These are always on.

If you choose “Accept all” (or turn on Analytics in preferences), we also use cookies and similar tools for analytics and ads measurement: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Pinterest Tag. These help us understand how people use the site and measure campaigns. They are not loaded if you choose essential cookies only.

Your rights
