Care
Cotton terry softens with use and with every wash. A variation in size of up to 5% after washing is normal and not considered a defect.
Dry thoroughly between uses and wash once per week on a low temperature with a low spin cycle. Wash light and dark colours separately, and keep items with zips or buttons apart from your towel. Spot clean stains as soon as they appear.
Shake well before drying and line dry where possible. If a loop snags, trim it — do not pull.
Heritage
The south has always been a destination. Never a point of view. We grew up summering in the Algarve, attentive to the texture of the boat on the ride to Tavira Island, the colour of the cliffs on the walk down to the beach, and resort architecture that fitted the landscape itself. This towel grew from those long summers, and from the ones we carried back every afternoon, faded by salt and sun.
The terracotta stripe comes from the cliffs at sunset time, from roof tiles, pottery, and brick floors across the region. The cream bands come from sand dunes and the sun bleached white walls from typical houses. The blue in our wordmark comes from the facades of fishermen’s houses and villas, and from the tile patterns on walls in old towns.
